Microsoft 365 licences are billed monthly per user. Your first invoice includes a prorated amount for the current month plus one month upfront.
Pricing is available in three commitment options:
Month-to-Month:Â Full flexibility with no contract, however this option carries a higher monthly rate due to exchange rate volatility and Microsoft’s flexible pricing premium.
Annual Commitment, Billed Monthly:Â Lock in a lower monthly rate with a 12-month commitment. This is the most popular option for small businesses as it balances affordability with predictable monthly payments.
Annual Commitment, Paid Upfront:Â The most cost-effective option. Pay for the full year in advance and benefit from the lowest per-user rate available.
For most small businesses we recommend the Annual Commitment billed monthly it protects you against mid-year price increases.
